Uh-Oh Alexander McQueen Sues Steve Madden

Alexander McQueen is suing Steve Madden for allegedly copying his Faithful
bootie. Filed October 1 in Manhattan District Court, the suit alleges Steve
Madden's Seryna bootie is a "studied imitation" of McQueen's Faithful design,
which was inspired by a motorcycle jacket. McQueen's lawyers add, "In fact, the
only design element of the ‘Faithful Bootie’ that Madden did not deliberately
copy is the zipper pull that contains the ‘Alexander McQueen’
trademark.

MTV's New Show Styl'd

MTV have a new show call Styl'd airing on November 1st, below is a summary of what to expect. It's look pretty interesting.

This new reality series, produced by Bunim-Murray Productions and the Margaret Maldonado Agency, follows the real lives (friendship, love, & career) of five junior assistants as they toil for three glamorous, high-end celebrity stylists. Set to air on MTV this fall, this documentary series will follow the young junior assistants on the job -- music videos, movies, red carpets, etc -- and also follow them in their off-hours as they find romance, plot against each other, and try to make it big in a difficult industry, all while living on a meager junior assistant salary -- and all while looking great! Each episode will include the styling of famous Hollywood celebrities. The three senior stylists include: Jen Rade (Pink & Amy Winehouse), Eric Archibald (Puffy & Usher), and Julie Weiss (Britney Spears & Eva Longoria). What happens when you mix A-list celebrities, high profile stylists, and eager junior stylists all vying for a coveted job with the Margaret Maldonado Agency? Find out THIS Fall on MTV!

Housewives Of DC.... It's Been Confirmed!!!!

There have been talks for months, that Bravo was in the process of casting for the Real Housewives of DC (about time, we should have been before New Jersey). Any who, this sent DC in a gossip frenzy, who will it be? Who are the husbands? will they embarrass us (DC) in front of the whole world?. Well, it has been confirmed, on Tuesday Bravo announced that the show was in production. According to my sources the ladies are: Lisa Wernick Spies, wife of Republican Fundraiser Charles Spies; Mary Amons, socialite and founder of the District Sample Sale; Lynda Erkiletian, owner of Washington's premier modeling agency; Michaele Salahi, Former model and wife of Tareq Salahi of Oasis Winery and Americans Polo Cup; and Mai Abdo, wife of Jim Abdo of Abdo Development and listed among Washingtonians best-dressed women. Christian Siriano Get's His Own Show

Did I ever tell you guys, Bravo is my favorite network on TV right now?. Bravo reveled on Friday, that little Christian Siriano will be getting his own show (did I mention we seen him on our NYC trip). The cameras will follow Christian as he "sets up a new shop and markets his clothing line". I'm sure we'll hear him say the word "Fierce" about 200,000 times, but this will be fun to watch.

The Beautiful Life Cancelled......

If you blinked you missed the season premiere and the final episode of the CW's Beautiful Life. Mixed with all the right ingredient for a good show with much potential, Aushton Kucher as producer, Misha Barton as lead actress, and of course a fashion industry faves Zac Posen, and Elle MacPherson. Unfortunately, it missed one thing...... the viewing audience. For the second episode only 1.1 million tuned in, that being added with bad acting created a formula for failure, my only concern was that I missed it. I personally think it was bad marketing, and advertising. In my personal opinion, the network was to blame because we can never have too many real life models, fashion, and over-absorbed teens on TV. Better luck next time Aush, but at least you still have Demi.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom Get Married

Say it ain't so!!!!! OK Magazine confirms that after a whirlwind romance (and only knowing each other for a month), reality starlet Khloe Kardashian and L.A. Laker Lamar Odom married on Sunday afternoon, in front of friends and family. Khloe was escorted down the aisle by her stepfather, Olympic decathlete Bruce Jenner. Sisters Kourtney and Kim Kardashian served as maids of honor while younger half-sisters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, best friends Khadijah and Malika Haqq and Lauren London were her bridesmaids — all of whom also wore dresses designed by Vera Wang. Meanwhile, Lamar’s best man was his business partner, Jamie Sangouthai and his groomsmen were Robert Davis, Alex Harris, Lester Knispel, Jeff Schwartz and Khloe’s only brother, Robert Kardashian Jr. Attendees included Ryan Seacrest, Kelly Osbourne, and Kobe Bryant, and former boxing champ Sugar Ray Leonard. Also, Babyface was there and serenaded the newleyweds.…….Let’s see how long this lasts. My bet is about 2 years.
