Fashion Dinner for AIDS

Getting charitable at Paris Fashion Week, many stars showed up for the Fashion Dinner for AIDS event held at the Pavillion d’Armenonville last night.




Mischa Barton wore an exquisite Elie Saab couture mint green gown complimented with a pair of Elie Saab Spring 2009 Couture heels (too bad we can't see them).




Milla Jovovich also wore a straight-off-the-runway gown from Elie Saab's Spring 2009 Couture collection.

Carla Bruni, France's First Lady wore a strapless YSL column gown.
