It's about time! Yesterday, TMZ posted an apology from Chris Brown regarding is assault on Rihanna. He said he accepted "full responsibility" and expressed his "deepest regret" over the attack which left Rihanna with facial injuries. Chris is prohibited from contacting Rihanna until he completes a domestic violence counseling course. However, something tells me they have already started talking.
