The night before Barack Obama's presidential ceremony takes place, a party known as "In Concert on the Eve of Change" will be held with a special live performance from Jay-Z. The show will be held at the Warner Theater with a live band accompanying Jay-Z's on-stage appearance. And, we know wifey will be in-tow with the Jigga man.
